The St. Germaine Champagne Cocktail combines apple and pear notes with the light, floral essence of St. Germaine. Topped off with a bit of bubbly, this cocktail is worthy of ringing in the New Year!St. Germaine, applejack and pear liqueur and bubbly prosecco combine in this elegant St. Germaine Champagne cocktail. Woo Hoo!!! It's almost New Years Day... or Hogmanay as the Scots say.  2014 has been a wild and wonderful year ... thank you all for pulling up a chair here at the Table!

Applejack, St. Germaine and a little pear liqueur topped off with prosecco, this golden hued St. Germaine Champagne Cocktail has a spicy warmth, with a little sweetness and sparkle - a simple and elegant drink to celebrate the old and the new!

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. applejack
  • ¾ oz. St. Germaine
  • ½ oz. Mathilde Poire Liqueur
  • 3 oz. prosecco

Instructions

  • Chill a coupe glass. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the applejack, St. Germaine and the Poire liqueur. Stir and strain into the chilled coupe. Top with 3 oz. prosecco.
